Valentino created this stunning gown in the early 1990s. Its two-tiered bubble skirt is made of taffeta and is slightly flared. The top tier is a fabulous shade of hot pink, and the bottom is black. It is drop waist and has long sleeves with zippered cuffs. It is fully lined in tan georgette for the bodice and black satin for the skirt. It has a mock turtleneck collar and removable shoulder pads. Be the center of attention in this vintage Valentino gown!
